Large Group Team Training

Our Team Training classes are designed to get your heart rate up through different strength training tools. You’ll use your bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, TRX straps, and other pieces of equipment designed to give you a total body workout.

Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training at Hunt for Strength is customized training like you would receive in Private 1-on-1 training. The only difference is you’re sharing the time of a personal trainer with up to 5 other people. It’s personal training in a small group atmosphere to build camaraderie and to help with motivation.

Private Personal Training

We offer 1-on-1 personal training based on your individual goals and current fitness levels. Whatever your goals, we’ll work with you every step of the way to achieve them. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, or live a healthier lifestyle, our trainers will help you get there.
